Nicole starts off by telling us what differentiates Vallox from its competitors, highlighting the specialist natures of the offerings that Vallox provides. “Firstly, we are a medium-sized company based in the south of Bavaria. Therefore, we are in one of Germany’s high-potential areas. In addition to a highly- organised sales setting and professionals who specialise in product management and marketing, we are attractive to customers because of our long- standing tradition and premium corporate values. “Secondly, due to our complete range of products and services, we are also always able to find the best solution for the customer.” Continuously analysing the market and the potential customer groups means that Vallox is well prepared and thoroughly researched when it comes to approaching new projects. Hearing and understanding the individual needs of each client is integral to the success of the firm. The company looks for the best practice examples, bringing together the best solutions, optimising them and developing each one specifically, looking to make them sustainable and environmentally friendly, coinciding with the firm’s mission, as Nicole alludes to. “Throughout the company we offer sustainable ventilation and central vacuum systems, as well as comprehensive service, in order to provide the best indoor air quality in buildings. We save valuable energy and are part of a green world. Vallox’s main focus is on indoor air quality and sustainability. We work closely and in partnership with our exclusive partner, the GC Group.” Operating within the competitive manufacturing industry can lead to many different challenges for various companies, and Nicole explains what challenges that Vallox in particular faces, and what techniques the firm employs which helps it to stay ahead of developments within the industry whilst also being sustainable. “There is currently a large number of manufacturers of home ventilation with heat recovery on the German market. Marketing is usually performed in three stages; that is, through specialised wholesalers. “Essentially, the market at present is split into systems, with a connected air distribution system and decentralised single room devices. The challenge is to offer the best possible solution for the individual customer with regard to energy, hygiene and cost. “Continuous detailed analysis of customer needs. The political situation also plays a major role in this. The central question remains as to how the property business will develop in the next 2-5 years, and what trends in demographic development allows conclusions to be drawn regarding growth in construction. What will happen in the financial market over the next few years” Within the manufacturing industry, there are always new regulations and issues which arise, and therefore it is not always to predict what the future holds for Vallox. Nicole hints at what Vallox will focus in the future before, again referring to the environmentally friendly ethos of the company. “Predicting what the future holds for Vallox is difficult. However, crucial to us is the responsible use of energy, and this is a task on which we have to focus now and in the future.
