As the founder of Luxembourgish with Anne LLC (Luxembourgish with Anne), Anne Beffort is a certified Luxembourgish language coach offering personalised coaching programmes, self-study online courses, and conversation classes, catering to everyone from basic level up to those who wish to speak fluently and confidently. Anne’s clients range from expats living in Luxembourg who want to acquire Luxembourgish citizenship, to corporate clients who want their employees to learn the language to use at work. To achieve this, Anne has built a dedicated team consisting of eight coaches, one business manager, and one virtual assistant over the last 12 years since the firm’s inception – this team, she believes, is key to the company’s success. In terms of differentiating from competitors, the creation of five self-study online courses, utilising high quality and exhaustive study materials, sets Luxembourgish with Anne aside from others and marks the organisation out as a clear leader in the sector. Anne added, “My passion for the Luxembourgish language drives me to constantly create, refine, and share new learning materials. Every lesson I develop for my students finds its way onto my blog, where it can reach a wider audience, and is then transformed into a podcast episode for those who prefer to learn on the go. This continuous cycle of writing, teaching, and recording allows me to bring the language to life in fresh and engaging ways, helping more people connect with Luxembourgish in their daily lives.” “We combine in our services our self-study materials (so to empower the clients) along with live speaking sessions with experienced coaches of my team who I trained myself and who have been working for me since 2020,” Anne elaborates. “The creation of my exhaustive programme "From Zero to Sproochentest" back November 2021 was a huge achievement which also sets us aside from others. Since then, I’ve seen more than 900 students sign up to this programme, with a pass rate to the exam of 93%.” When it comes to internal culture, Anne personally takes the time to train each coach and has established clear standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency. But what really matters most to her, is their motivation, passion for the Luxembourgish language, and reliability. “I’m proud to say that since I started building my team in 2020, only one member has left,” she enthuses. “A testament to our strong foundation and shared commitment.” Another testament to Anne and her team is the recent recognition that Luxembourgish with Anne gained in the Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025 when the company was titled with the prestigious accolade of Leading Pioneer in Luxembourgish Language Coaching 2025. Now, Anne’s future aim is clear - to highlight the importance of mastering Luxembourgish in professional contexts. “I believe this aspect does not receive the attention it truly deserves,” she continues. “I am currently developing study materials for Luxembourgish in the workplace, with a focus on specific industries such as law, healthcare, and office environments.” And never being one to rest on her laurels, Anne also has a brand-new initiative underway. Launched earlier this year, the Speak Business Luxembourgish Confidently Club, is gaining traction and much interest, particularly since Anne’s adoption of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to actively reach a wider range of corporate clients.
