After several formative years in the contracting and real estate industry, Fredrich was once again presented with a new challenge – this time, at a large global consulting firm. He spent nearly a decade with this company in various leadership roles, gaining valuable experience and insights. Following that, he was offered a new role at a significantly smaller consulting company, in recognition of his growing industry reputation. Now, Fredrich has spent more than six years with ARQLY, the last three of which as CEO. Reflecting back on his professional journey, he would not trade any of his previous experience for the world; each step Fredrich has taken has been instrumental in shaping his leadership and has contributed to where he is today – the successful CEO of a fantastic, innovative, and forward-thinking consulting company.
