I founded ELECTE in January 2023 to close that distance, and I spent the following years learning the discipline properly, including formal training in machine learning foundations, rather than delegating the understanding to others. Fabio believes a small company doesn’t need a culture deck, but rather a decision log and the habit of using it. He is, therefore, a practical leader, taking charge of the company’s newsletters, decisions, standards, and reasoning, all of which he will happily hold himself to. This includes making the choice to rebuild the product around the aforementioned AI agent launched earlier this year as a version 4.0, a difficult call but one that paid off. Following this pivot, the rest of 2026 for ELECTE is about continuing what it has started, namely closing out the version 4.5 cycle and completing SOC 2 certification. The reach of its AI agent will continue to grow, and its publishing will expand following the recent launch of the ELECTE Digest. These initiatives will help the company achieve its ultimate aim of giving SMEs the same access to AI-driven analysis as large corporations, at a price they can afford and in a format they can use.
