Irish Enterprise Awards 2026

Irish Enterprise Awards 2026 Best Business & Education IT Training Provider 2026 Across Ireland, organisations are facing increasing pressure to strengthen cyber resilience, improve digital awareness and ensure their people can operate safely in a rapidly evolving online environment. Regulatory changes, rising cyber threats and growing reliance on digital systems have made practical training and awareness more important than ever. REIM Training Solutions has positioned itself at the centre of this shift. Through practical, industry aligned education programmes, REIM supports businesses, schools, public sector bodies and communities to build the digital capability required to operate confidently in today’s technology driven world. Established in 2012, REIM was founded with a clear purpose: to deliver high quality, practical education that develops real skills across digital technologies, cybersecurity, leadership and management. Over the past decade the organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering both accredited and non-accredited programmes that align with recognised national and international standards. The focus is always on ensuring that learning is relevant, practical and directly applicable in real world settings. “Our mission is to equip individuals and organisations with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to operate safely and effectively in an increasingly complex digital environment,” explains Managing Director Eimear Murphy. “Training should not be a one-off event. Our focus is on helping organisations build long term capability so that their teams are better prepared to manage risk, adapt to change and continue developing their skills.” REIM provides end to end training and consultancy services designed to support organisations in strengthening digital capability across their workforce. Programme areas include cybersecurity awareness and cyber resilience, governance and compliance, internet safety and digital literacy, artificial intelligence awareness and responsible use, digital skills development, micro credentials and short skills programmes, alongside leadership and management training. Training can be delivered in person, online or through blended learning models, allowing organisations to select an approach that best fits their operational needs. Programmes are tailored to align with regulatory requirements, workforce development priorities and organisational risk profiles, with options for needs analysis, baseline assessments and impact evaluation. REIM works with a wide range of clients including education and training boards, government funded initiatives, Skillnet networks, community and youth organisations, schools, employers and industry partners. Despite delivering programmes at national scale, REIM has maintained a strong learner centred approach. Each programme begins with a clear understanding of the client’s environment, ensuring that the training delivered reflects real operational needs and challenges. “While our subject areas are broad, the way we design and deliver training follows a consistent process,” explains Director of Training Sandra Richardson. “This allows us to maintain high quality standards while adapting programmes to meet the specific needs of each organisation.” REIM is also the lead training partner for the PEACEPLUS funded CyberQuest project, an initiative focused on developing digital and cybersecurity skills. This cross-border programme aims to engage 2,000 young people aged 16 to 25 who are not currently in education, employment or training. The project combines youth work practice with industry led digital training to create inclusive learning environments where participants can build confidence, develop digital skills and explore future career opportunities. The first phase of CyberQuest began programme delivery in 2025, focusing on cybersecurity awareness, digital literacy and foundational IT skills. The second phase, launching in Spring 2026, introduces an industry certified pathway designed to support progression into cybersecurity careers or further education. “This stage of the programme is particularly exciting,” says Eimear Murphy. “It creates a clear bridge between youth engagement and real workforce opportunities, helping young people develop skills that can lead directly to employment or further study in the digital sector.” Looking ahead for the coming year REIM will continue to expand its cybersecurity and cyber resilience offering, specifically designed for SMEs. Focused on making cyber resilience affordable, attainable, and realistic for smaller organisations, this service will help businesses align with relevant frameworks and requirements without unnecessary cost. “Our focus for 2026 is on remaining agile and responsive,” Eimear concluded. “REIM will continue to invest in flexible online, blended and technology enhanced learning models. By continually reviewing how training is designed, delivered and assessed, we ensure that organisations and individuals have access to learning that remains relevant, engaging and effective in a rapidly changing digital landscape.” Contact: Eimear Murphy Company: REIM Training Solutions Web Address: www.reimtrainingsolutions.com AIM-Jan26195
