Leading Pioneer in Luxembourgish Language Coaching 2025 Dedicated to guiding her clients in every step of their language learning journey, Anne Beffort of Luxembourgish with Anne LLC aims to ensure each one of her students masters the language skills they need in order to achieve their goals. From gaining citizenship, to confidently holding corporate meetings, Anne has helped more than 5,000 students to date to successfully speak Luxembourgish. We speak to Anne as the company is rewarded for its commitment to the sector in the Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025. As the founder of Luxembourgish with Anne LLC (Luxembourgish with Anne), Anne Beffort is a certified Luxembourgish language coach offering personalised coaching programmes, self-study online courses, and conversation classes, catering to everyone from basic level up to those who wish to speak fluently and confidently. Anne’s clients range from expats living in Luxembourg who want to acquire Luxembourgish citizenship, to corporate clients who want their employees to learn the language to use at work. To achieve this, Anne has built a dedicated team consisting of eight coaches, one business manager, and one virtual assistant over the last 12 years since the firm’s inception – this team, she believes, is key to the company’s success. In terms of differentiating from competitors, the creation of five self-study online courses, utilising high quality and exhaustive study materials, sets Luxembourgish with Anne aside from others and marks the organisation out as a clear leader in the sector. Anne added, “My passion for the Luxembourgish language drives me to constantly create, refine, and share new learning materials. Every lesson I develop for my students finds its way onto my blog, where it can reach a wider audience, and is then transformed into a podcast episode for those who prefer to learn on the go. This continuous cycle of writing, teaching, and recording allows me to bring the language to life in fresh and engaging ways, helping more people connect with Luxembourgish in their daily lives.” “We combine in our services our self-study materials (so to empower the clients) along with live speaking sessions with experienced coaches of my team who I trained myself and who have been working for me since 2020,” Anne elaborates. “The creation of my exhaustive programme "From Zero to Sproochentest" back November 2021 was a huge achievement which also sets us aside from others. Since then, I’ve seen more than 900 students sign up to this programme, with a pass rate to the exam of 93%.” When it comes to internal culture, Anne personally takes the time to train each coach and has established clear standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency. But what really matters most to her, is their motivation, passion for the Luxembourgish language, and reliability. “I’m proud to say that since I started building my team in 2020, only one member has left,” she enthuses. “A testament to our strong foundation and shared commitment.” Another testament to Anne and her team is the recent recognition that Luxembourgish with Anne gained in the Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025 when the company was titled with the prestigious accolade of Leading Pioneer in Luxembourgish Language Coaching 2025. Now, Anne’s future aim is clear - to highlight the importance of mastering Luxembourgish in professional contexts. “I believe this aspect does not receive the attention it truly deserves,” she continues. “I am currently developing study materials for Luxembourgish in the workplace, with a focus on specific industries such as law, healthcare, and office environments.” And never being one to rest on her laurels, Anne also has a brand-new initiative underway. Launched earlier this year, the Speak Business Luxembourgish Confidently Club, is gaining traction and much interest, particularly since Anne’s adoption of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to actively reach a wider range of corporate clients. EU Business News- Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025 To start, what exactly is biofilm? Biofilm is a complex community of microorganisms that attach to each other using a sticky, self-produced slime, to which more bacteria, fungi, and yeasts can stick, and it is often found on the inner walls of pipes. Biofilm can be made up of up to 90 to 95% glycocalyx, otherwise known as the extracellular matrix or EPS (extracellular polymeric substance). The glycocalyx catches more bacteria, which can then multiply and form their own glycocalyx. Biofilm can contain a variety of bacteria capable of producing corrosive chemicals, such as anaerobic sulphate-reducing bacteria, which can create sulphuric acid and corrode metal pipes. Iron-oxidising bacteria can also cause corrosion, causing expensive damage and leaking pipes. It doesn’t end there – biofilm reduces pipe diameter, increasing resistance and danger, and allowing less water to pump through, leading to higher energy costs. Enter the NDV Ultrasonic, which operates using specific frequencies emitted at intervals by a transducer. These vibrations cause damage to the vacuoles of singlecelled organisms, which prevents them from attaching and therefore eliminates the biofilm. The ultrasonic vibrations over a wide frequency range rupture bacterial cell walls and block the active part of enzymes that many bacteria use to build their cell walls. Using the right frequencies, bacteria are killed. NDV Ultrasonic serves as a much better alternative to using chemical treatments and only requires a one-time purchase. It prevents recolonisation of the bacteria as it is destroyed, including both the nutrient based and attachment layer. The transducers carry multiple high-frequency signals to combat different types of biofilm cells, while delaying corrosion of pipes and not having any impact on the taste or smell of the water. Eco-Friendly Water Treatment Innovators of the Year 2025 Founded by Nick De Vos, NDV Ultrasonic is a developer of proprietary high-frequency ultrasound technology that treats water by successfully destroying biofilm. The device works by using ultrasonic waves, sound frequencies above 21 kHz, which are inaudible to humans. Mechanical vibrations are generated through the conversion of electrical energy to break down biofilm by removing the bacteria’s nutrient source. In light of NDV Ultrasonic’s recognition within the Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025, we take a closer look at what makes it such a worthy winner. Jul25021 That isn’t all, for the device brings technical and environmental benefits, too. The device operates continuously while consuming low energy (6W), making it suitable for use with batteries or solar panels. The large devices are user-friendly with control screens to monitor operation and detect any power failures. It has a positive impact on the environment, it’s timesaving, it removes maintenance costs, it reduces harmful emissions, and it is safer for people who work with water, as harmful bacteria is removed, the pipes remain clean, and there is no need to use chemicals to flush the system. Nick De Vos sits at the helm of the business. He began his career in electronics, repairing a lot of radios and TVs, before launching his security company in 1987. Nick, who later decided to specialise in high frequency ultrasonic technology, soon made NDV Ultrasonic a reality. He developed the devices as a result of his global experience in different waters, from Taiwan to Gabon. He performed a significant amount of testing, both at home and abroad, to destroy various types of biofilm. “We will continue to adapt our devices to the needs of the market, in order to remain sharp and keep up with the everchanging electronics market, to incorporate and adapt the best in our devices,” he states. Nick is joined by Erik Brink, an entrepreneur in the water treatment industry and CoOwner and Director of VDH watertechnology BV. His company operates in the production, worldwide distribution, and service of salt electrolysis technology for the treatment of swimming pool and drinking water, among other things. Job Kok also plays a role at NDV Ultrasonic, a Director and Independent Boardroom Consultant at various companies in different sectors, including the water treatment industry. Both bring valuable expertise and have played their role in the success of the company. Everyone who uses water, whether business or individual, using small or large volumes, faces the same issues, whether limescale, bacterial growth, algae, shells, barnacles, and more. NDV Ultrasonic devices are available to solve these problems for a wide range of clientele, including industry, for example, with mass water sanitising systems, inland/sea/offshore shipping, and agriculture with sprinkler systems and drinking water pipes in barns; and private use, whether hot and cold water pipes, ponds, swimming pools, or Jacuzzis. So, what do some of NDV Ultrasonic’s customers say? One shares, “I have a 100,000-litre clear water pool located deep in the tropics of Costa Rica. I use the NDV Ultrasonic device as part of this unique eco pool design. We use no chlorine, nor salt; the pool water stays clear, using no chemicals year-round, even during the heavy rain season. The NDV device is easy to install, has no maintenance, and operates seamlessly. Customer service is impeccable, as well as tech support. I am pleased with the performance and even ordered a second unit.” Another comments, “Year after year, the boat came out of the water, sanding and scratching to remove the algae. Having been introduced to Nick De Vos of NDV Ultrasonic, I am very happy that my boat is now completely free from algae from the water. For me, the NDV Ultrasonic installation has been fully reimbursed after four years and with much less work. I’m curious how long I can keep my antifouling now; it has been on it for two years and we go to the third year! Nice to have this installation and I recommend it to every boat owner!” Someone else adds, “My neighbour had told me that they had a solution to our problem of limescale and bacteria. We also had an NDV Ultrasonic installed, and we clearly notice the difference. Thank you, Nick for the good service.”
7. Eco-Friendly Water Treatment Innovators of the Year 2025 Ultimately, it is clear to see how NDV Ultrasonic has come to be named Eco-Friendly Water Treatment Innovators of the Year 2025, with its truly innovative solution that is simultaneously making water bacterial issues a thing of the past while having a positive impact on the environment. NDV Ultrasonic guarantees that every installation, no matter how big or small, will pay for itself in time, combined with maintenance savings, making it a very responsible investment, indeed. Jul22546 EU Business News- Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025 Turning Knowledge Into Wonder At the heart of Creative Desk’s work is a belief that education and science deserve more than bullet points and PowerPoints. They deserve to be felt. Whether it’s a cinematic explainer, a hybrid science magazine, or an immersive event, the agency transforms complex insights into experiences that are both engaging and informative. Creative Desk serves the true changemakers in the education and science sectors. In addition to supporting more than 50 primary and secondary SARO schools, the agency also collaborates with leading researchers at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the University of Amsterdam, and Tilburg University. However, that is not all – Creative Desk has also built a reputation for its contributions to implementing groundbreaking initiatives in innovative healthcare and government projects, leveraging its unrivalled expertise to aid the industry’s advancement. One of their guiding principles? Accessibility. “If people can’t access knowledge emotionally or visually, they won’t access it at all,” Joia de Jong, Creative Director at Creative Desk, explains. “We see design and storytelling not as decoration, but as translation with a dash of flair.” A Breakthrough in Science Communication A highlight of Creative Desk’s portfolio is its collaboration with Erasmus University Rotterdam. Together, they developed a recurring series of science communication magazines—each issue tailored to a major research theme. The format blends editorial depth with visual storytelling, using design as a bridge between academia and society. “These magazines aren’t just reports,” Joia notes. “They’re narrative experiences. And they’re deliberately hybrid: part print, part digital, part social. That way, they live in multiple spaces, just like the science they showcase.” Covering themes such as fast fashion, inclusive prosperity, and cultural economics, the series transforms complex, often abstract research into vivid, accessible journeys—designed to inform, inspire, and connect diverse audiences. Events That Resonate—Not Just Impress Beyond print and screen, Creative Desk’s storytelling extends to realworld environments. During the Dies Natalis celebration at Tilburg Best Creative Communication Agency 2025 – Netherlands The creative communication industry is undergoing a tectonic shift. On the one side: the dizzying rise of AI, the flood of picture-perfect content, and a marketplace that seems louder by the hour. On the other hand, a growing hunger for truth, tactility, and authentic human connection. In that tension lies a crucial question: who still dares to be different? Creative Desk, a small but visionary communications agency based in the Netherlands, has carved out a distinct path. Specialising in education and science, and known for its flair in cinematic storytelling and strategic co-creation, the agency has just been named Best Creative Communication Agency 2025 – Netherlands by EU Business News. This recognition is more than a title—it’s a signal that substance still matters. In a crowded market, Creative Desk chooses clarity over clutter, meaning over marketing. Contact: Joia de Jong Company: Creative Desk Web Address: www.creativedesk.nl Jun25163 University, the agency transformed the university’s grand hall into a Fabrique des Lumières-like spectacle, visualising the theme of broad prosperity across every surface. “Using state-of-the-art wall projection, we created a multisensory world where science and beauty converged, bringing every wall and surface to life,” Joia explains. “Researchers shared not just data, but the personal meaning behind their work. And that vulnerability opened up a real connection.” The agency’s collaboration with Tilburg University is a shining example of how Creative Desk stands out in a market oversaturated with loud noise. Creative Desk believes in beauty – mainly when it serves a story – and that real beauty emerges when substance and form work in perfect harmony. This belief drives the agency to work in co-creation with its clients, always acting as equal partners. Balancing AI with Authenticity Like many in the creative field, Creative Desk has witnessed the rapid rise of artificial intelligence. AI has enabled the generation of powerful visuals and narratives at unprecedented speed and scale. For one of their science magazines—focused on fast fashion—the team used AI to create a haunting image: a Black
9. woman buried under mountains of discarded clothing. “Creating that image manually would’ve meant flying to Africa, hiring a model, and staging a shoot on a landfill,” Joia recalls. “We would’ve faced serious environmental and ethical concerns. With AI, we visualised the urgency without those costs.” Yet the team is anything but naive about the trade-offs. “AI lowers the threshold for creation,” she continues, “but it also risks lowering the value people place on creativity itself.” That’s why Creative Desk approaches each use of AI critically, weighing not just speed or savings, but also the environmental, ethical, and emotional implications. “We don’t use AI blindly,” Joia stresses. “We ask: is this the most responsible way to tell the story? What does it cost—and what does it save?” Beyond that, they see a growing appetite for authenticity. In a world flooded with AI-generated content, audiences increasingly ask: was this made by a human or a machine? “In the Benelux especially, we have seen a shift towards rawer, more relatable visual language,” Joia explained. “That’s why we often use a mixed-media approach: polished carousels and cinematic films sit alongside candid snapshots and real-life stories from the people behind the science. Beauty still matters – but not at the expense of truth.” Culture as Creative Engine Much of Creative Desk’s strength lies behind the scenes: in its culture. At its core, Creative Desk is a small company doing mighty things. Always pushing forward, the team is never content with repetition and actively seeks out innovation for the greater good of science and education. Everything the Creative Desk team does is guided by a shared drive to create meaningful work together – as a team, and as a family. Internally, the agency fosters a culture of trust and creative freedom, recognising that when employees feel safe to explore and take ownership of their work, the most remarkable things emerge. “We’ve each put in our 10,000 hours, but we still show up every day with the desire to grow. Excellence, to us, is never static,” Joia told us. “When we look for new talent, we seek dreamers, doers, and thinkers – people who act with purpose, curiosity, and a proactive spirit. In the end, it’s people – not processes – who make the real difference. And that human value rarely shows up on a balance sheet—much like the quiet but crucial morale boost our office dog Yuna provides, one wag at a time.” This people-first approach not only shapes internal dynamics but also defines how they serve their clients. One of Creative Desk’s superpowers is its ability to unburden. Their partners—often professors, educational leaders, and health innovators—are juggling complex, high-stakes work. Creative Desk doesn’t just deliver; they collaborate, probe, and amplify. They’re equal partners in the creative process, always asking: What’s the real story here? What’s at stake? Who needs to hear this—and how? The Art of Unburdening Clients While deeply rooted in Rotterdam, Creative Desk is increasingly active across Europe. In the coming years, the agency plans to expand its portfolio across Europe further, having created a special anniversary magazine this year to celebrate five years of collaboration between the University of Rotterdam and Europe in Brussels. This special edition even landed on the desk of politician Ursula von der Leyen, as well as in the hands of European policymakers eager to drive real change. “More EU-focused projects are in the pipeline,” Joia announced, “and we’re genuinely excited about what is ahead. The energy, ethics, and ambition to connect perspectives across borders are all there – we’re just getting started.” Looking Ahead: A Bigger Stage, the Same Soul Beyond this expansion, the team is currently working on a project it is especially proud of – raising awareness for the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Centre at Erasmus University Rotterdam. This campaign will explore creative and playful ways to bring visibility to initiatives like the university’s outreach programmes, which introduce children to academia at an early age. The initiative speaks directly to Creative Desk’s passion for designing surprising, memorable offline actions that spark curiosity and leave a lasting impression – from popup events to campus interventions. “It’s the kind of work that makes our hearts beat faster, where online storytelling meets real-world interventions. Tech is great, but it’s still the human spark that makes things click. That’s where the magic happens; moments you remember, stories that stick,” said Joia. “As a creative company, we often dream aloud together about the future, and the kind of world we want to help build. This project feels like exactly that: creativity in service of something bigger. Looking ahead, we’ll continue to focus on projects that inspire, include, and invite. That’s the kind of impact we want to create in 2025 and far beyond.” Contact: Joia de Jong Company: Creative Desk Web Address: www.creativedesk.nl
EU Business News- Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025 AIM-Jun25168 Best Natural Wellness Brand 2025 - Belgium The story begins in 2018, when BBODY founder, Jill Cnudde was working full-time as a real estate agent, while also running The Girl Next Door, a small online swimsuit and bikini shop, on the side. That same year, she met her boyfriend (now husband), and, like many new relationships, they found themselves enjoying cosy dinners, drinks, and movie nights together, which involved a lot of unhealthy foods such as fries and M&Ms. Jill was living from one sugar rush to the next, she had put on weight, and her energy levels had plummeted. She was having to start every morning with a coffee in order to make it through the day. Knowing that something had to change, Jill began her search for the most natural way to cleanse her body. She took inspiration from books like The Medical Medium, podcasts by Gary Brecka, and documentaries like The Truth About Cancer. She even looked at modern diets like those of the Kardashians. That’s when she discovered juice cleanses, which give the body a break from processed foods and support the natural process called autophagy, which clears out and renews old cells. When looking for a juice to meet her needs, Jill found that they were nowhere as nutritious as they could be, due to being full of sugar and cold-pressed rather than slow-juiced. Thus, she began making and drinking her own – as a result of which, she not only lost weight, but her energy levels shot up and she gained a healthy glow. She shared her results with her then 2,000 followers and soon before she knew it, 70 people were asking if she could make the same juices for them. And she hasn’t looked back! Her product range didn’t take long to expand, with her second product being Teatox 21, a huge hit with customers. “My passion for health and natural supplements grew every day, and I focused on products of the highest quality, always natural, and uniquely formulated,” says Jill. As we sit down to speak with Jill from BBODY, he gives us further insight into what makes it an award-winning company today. “What makes BBODY different is our preventative philosophy, our ingredient BBODY is an award-winning Belgian wellness brand for health-conscious individuals seeking premium, science-backed supplements, teas, matchas, juices, and more, to support their body in a preventative and natural way. The business specialises in nutritional formulations that address key wellness pillars such as hormonal balance, blood sugar regulation, liver support, and cellular health. The BBODY mission is simple yet powerful: to empower people to invest in their health before symptoms arise. It helps them to achieve this through accessible daily rituals, pure ingredients, and formulations based on innovative longevity research. We speak to Jill Cnudde to learn more. purity, and our emotional branding,” Jill begins. “We’re not just creating supplements – we're creating elegant wellness rituals that seamlessly fit into modern lifestyles. Each product is built around a specific need, designed to be both effective and beautiful. Our unique blends often combine eastern and western knowledge, making BBODY a trusted and elevated alternative in a crowded supplement market.” In the Benelux region, consumers are no longer waiting to feel unwell; they are actively seeking ways to boost their wellbeing, whether their metabolism, immune system, sleep, or hormonal health. Key trends show they want cleanlabel, gut-friendly supplements; longevity molecules like NMN and Spermidine; and functional formulations with crossover appeal, such as supplement-infused drinks that work as skincare from within. “We expect legislation around novel foods to evolve in the coming years, opening new possibilities for bioactive compounds,” says Jill . Behind the scenes at BBODY today is a small, agile team with a strong sense of purpose. The company favours collaboration, authenticity, and ownership, with every team member involved in product development, storytelling, and customer experience. “We look for passionate individuals who combine science with intuition, aesthetic sensibility, and commercial sharpness,” Jill reveals. “We believe wellness is not just about products – it's about the energy and conviction behind them.” “BBODY bridges science, beauty, and everyday simplicity. Our formulations are not only powerful – they're meant to make you feel confident, supported, and in tune with your body.” Jill goes on to say, “Winning the award for Best Natural Wellness Brand 2025 – Belgium has been a tremendous honour and validation of our preventative vision. “In the same year, we also celebrated two major milestones in our international trade growth: obtaining our first Trade License in Dubai and officially launching our first LLC in the United States. These steps mark the start of a new chapter for BBODY Company name: BBODY Contact name: Jill Cnudde Website: www.bbody.eu
Best Natural Wellness Brand 2025 - Belgium – expanding from a homegrown Belgian brand into a globally-minded wellness company we are incredibly proud of.” Not only is this a strong reflection of the brilliance of BBODY, but its customers aren’t short of positive things to say, either! Reviewing it’s blue matcha, Imma says, “I love it! I’ve been using it for a few months now and the results are really wow! I’m super happy that the matchas are back in stock! I’m super stoked about it, and it really works!” Regarding its premium ceremonial matcha, Julie comments, “Thanks to your matcha, I have completely kicked the coffee habit. Just before the stop, I drank an average of seven double espressos in one morning... with, of course, a rushed feeling, bad strokes, et cera, as a result. So, a big thank you!” Talking about its rice water, An can’t get enough: “I can tell you, Jill, my hair has become fuller and thicker in those three weeks of rice water treatment, and so healthy! I now spray rice water on my hair every other day and then I wash it out after 2pm. Wonderful!” Using its clean electrolyte mix, Sophie delights, “I have now used those electrolytes three times before exercising. I feel super strong and energetic. I always wake up early with my dog and exercise straight away in the morning. I thought I would give it a try, and I am really super satisfied.” So, what does the future hold for BBODY? Jill tells us that the business is very much focused on international growth. It is actively expanding across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA, with a growing network of liked-minded partners who believe in prevention as a daily mindset. “Our ambition is to build a global presence through strong local partners – people who truly believe in the mission and are eager to help shape the BBODY story in their region,” Jill explains. “In the months ahead, we are launching several new formulations that continue to bridge beauty, health, and science – including protocols that support hormonal balance, detoxification, and daily energy.” There is no denying that the future is looking very bright for BBODY as it continues its brilliant mission of helping people to feel and look their best. The company welcomes future retail and distribution partners who believe that prevention is the new luxury. Contact Jill Cnudde today for more information.

Leveraging more than 15 years of experience in this space, Effortel Technologies SA is a global leader in supporting both MVNOs and other types of communication service providers (CSPs). To find more about the award-winning solutions the company provides, we caught up with its own Martin Petkov. Contact: Martin Petkov, COO Company: Effortel Technologies SA Web Address: https://www.effortel.com/ AIM-Jun25138 this team paves the way for the delivery of a full range of bespoke services, all geared towards boosting brand success. In this comprehensive sea of services, solutions, and products – which span everything from strategic consulting through to bespoke business planning – one of the things that stands out the most is the Effortel Mobile Suite (EMS), which serves as the fastest way for brands to launch, run, and even scale modern telecommunications services. EMS is a modular business support system (BSS) and operations support system (OSS) platform that has been designed and built specifically for discerning operators looking for the gold standard in speed, control, and clarity. Its ability to automate the lifecycle of mobile operations – as well as features such as an integrated CRM, product catalogue, and seamless third-party integration capabilities – see the complex made simple. Thanks to the advantages of EMS, clients can enjoy such distinctions as the ability to deploy new services or operations without delay, run complex services through workflows without engineers, connect instantly via open APIs and modular components, and maximise AIdriven insights (as well as alerts and KPIs). All in a system with 99.9% uptime, enterprise-grade security, and stress-free scaling. A platform that is consistently recognised across global telecom forums as being a premium BSS/OSS solution, EMS is a beacon of speed, scalability, and simplicity in this space. The versatility it offers is also unmatched, making it the ideal solution for everything from launching a digital-first MVNO through to embedding connectivity into wearables or even managing millions of IoT devices. “With modular architecture and deep integration capabilities, EMS empowers you to move fast, stay secure, and deliver exceptional experiences.” Another product worth mentioning is the forthcoming Effortel Spotlight, a monitoring and revenue assurance platform made for telecom operators. With features such as real-time capabilities, early anomaly detection, and customisable dashboards, the platform offers accurate billing and prevents revenue leakage, adding clear value. Moving on to Effortel’s choice range of solutions, its stellar work in the MVNO environment can be seen further through the Effortel MVNO LaunchPad, a plug-and-play solution that can help telecom businesses to launch their own MVNO services in just a matter of weeks. It does this through the provision of a step-by-step approach that covers all the bases a business could ever need, from planning and technical implementation through to proven marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
15. Explaining why exactly LaunchPad is distinguished from its competitors, Martin told us: “LaunchPad is highly scalable and flexible, with modular architecture and configurable workflows that adapt to evolving business needs. It’s designed to reduce operational costs through extensive automation and self-service tools, minimising the need for manual intervention. All clients also benefit from 24/7 expert support and a self-management portal that ensures business continuity.” Effortel Spotlight also benefits from having been built on the aforementioned EMS, meaning that the platform boasts access to real-time OSS/BSS systems, customer management, automation, and analytics dashboards. The innovation and reliability this solution represents, as well as the others in this portfolio, can be seen through the multiple awards for best-in-class platforms and services Effortel has been recognised with. “Trusted by more than 30 MVNOs across eight mobile networks, our expertise ensures seamless operations and scalable growth for clients worldwide.” Remarkably, MVNOs are not the only ones to benefit from EMS, as it has proven impactful in empowering mobile network operators (MNOs) – which are those operators that own and operate their entire network infrastructure, such as towers – thanks to a flexible and scalable platform built on a foundation of modern microservices architecture. The result sees real-time service management through convergent billing, online charging, customer management, and integrated event handling, offering reliability and security. A combination of low- and no-code interface and self-service tools also enable these MNOs to modify the likes of their products and workflows without having to code, minimising any operational issues and boosting market response times. Full multi-tenancy support also allows EMS to offer central management of MNO partners or divisions, reducing both cost and complexity but keeping isolated configurations. Recognised for excellence in the field of BSS/OSS and MVNE services, Effortel stands at the forefront of telecom innovation, delivering award-winning BSS/OSS and MVNE solutions that drive real results. On the back of the acclaim it has received and the reputation it has forged, the aim for the company moving forwards is to further develop and refine the EMS system that is at the heart of so many of its solutions. Enhancing the value offered by this platform will be done by focusing on three primary areas: enabling faster go-to-market times for MVNOs, doubling down on the actionable insights it delivers, and ensuring successful scalability to support future growth. These priorities comprise the roadmap of Effortel for the second half of 2024. Ultimately, by helping MVNOs and MNOs to take measurable steps towards streamlining their operations, boosting their revenue, and delighting their customers, Effortel Technologies SA has positioned itself as the best global MVNE. We are delighted to echo this sentiment by recognising the company as the Best MVNE Solutions Provider 2025 in our Benelux Enterprise Awards 2025.
