Concerning leadership, Hatice began to take roles where she was responsible for driving growth as well building structure. Her authority was boosted when she become certified as an e-commerce tax specialist, one of many professional training and continuous education initiatives she has completed over the years. Hatice’s progression to CEO after around 30 months at AVASK was therefore the next natural step for her career.
