For some businesses, such as NIMIRUM, it was advantageous. “We took the opportunity to take further steps in improve some workflows and it also gave us some free time to re-launch our website. 2020 is now our second best year in history and also we managed to hire new people - so we feel lucky. “Other trends that touched our business (apart from digital transformation) include: evidence- based vs. post-truth society; big data vs. smart data (interpretation of data is the key not the collection of it); and AI (serial knowledge) vs. creative mind set (fuzzy knowledge).” Germany is the strongest economy in Europe and has a thirst for knowledge and Anja continues to tell us about the internal culture of the company and how it best equips itself to ensure continued excellence for its clientele. “Our expert community is an approach that is easy to understand for most decision-makers because facts and information are a natural base for decision-making. “Our clients are decision-makers in private and public sectors and are curious minds.
