German CEO Excellence Awards 2026

<p>blu:boks gGmbH is a Berlin-based nonprofit educational and cultural organisation that supports children and youth (ages 1–18) through creative arts programs. It focuses on strengthening self-esteem and social participation, especially for disadvantaged groups. The organisation has around 100 employees and reaches up to 350 participants weekly. It has received several awards, including the German Engagement Award and German Kita Prize nomination.</p>
