About Damian Darker Personal Training

I've been involved in the fitness industry nearly all my life and have been working for myself since 2015, but the Pandemic really made us all adapt a change our business model. My premises "the lab performance & nutrition" has been closed most of the year which forced us to work/train clients online and I feel my understanding of anatomy/physiology and exercise prescription really helped me keep clients motivated and interested with the limited equipment at home. And I feel this is what has lead clients to nominating myself for this award and I'm very happy to receive it.
