Donegal Youth Service

Best Youth Empowerment Initiative 2021

About Donegal Youth Service

Donegal Youth Service is a vibrant and contemporary countywide youth organisation working with over 15000 young people annually in rural Ireland. Our work focuses on supporting young people’s mental, and physical health, their personal development and empowering them to reach their own individual potential. From LGBTI+ support, to accredited training and arts programmes and everything in between. Our programmes are inclusive, and many are co-designed by young people, with new programmes being developed as a direct response to their changing needs. Including an online service during the Covid-19 Pandemic so young people could stay connected.
