Elements Yoga and Pilates

Naomi Sturdy created Elements Yoga and Pilates in 2012 with community and studio classes regularly in Dublin, retreats, and continuing education training for teachers. The Elements method focuses on purposeful, functional and sustainable movements, integrating consistency and dedicated practice to develop progression. There is an emphasis on a healthy blend of mindfulness and self enquiry so that individuals can develop awareness, and make choices from a knowledge of what they need in the present moment. Naomi aims to always create an atmosphere where individuals can feel inspired, inter connected and a part of something bigger. Naomi also co-founded 'The Art of Teaching' in 2015,an internationally recognised teacher training that has over the past four years successfully trained individuals to become Yoga teachers.
