Aoife O’Brien founded Happier at Work with the mission to eliminate toxic working environments. She is passionate about ‘culture fit’ and helps organisations increase their bottom line while supporting individuals to reach their full potential. She works with business leaders and employees to focus on: workplace culture; cultivating balance; and empowering leaders. Her two-time award runner-up podcast, Happier at Work®, features a combination of interview-based as well as solo episodes.
