My teaching style is highly focused on alignment and posture improvement. In every class, I guide students to understand each position from the inside out, rather than simply imitating the outer shape. I begin with straightening the back, releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, engaging the muscles around the lower limbs and arms, and then progressively lengthening and stretching the muscles while maintaining active engagement. I also integrate yogi breathing into my sessions
