In Pizzeria Lume we make pizza, basically. And we do it in the Neapolitan style. That means we strictly follow some rules: the pizzas are baked in a traditional wooden fired oven, we use fresh and selected ingredients and our dough is made using natural fermentation. The result is a fine pizza dough, with a rustic and simple look, but full of flavor. In Pizzeria Lume we want to share with you the love that we have for this Cuisine, respecting the traditions and values of the Neapolitan recipes.
