Marek Malinowski is the CEO of Practical CSM, where he combines a strong technology and digital business background with a focus on professional education and Customer Success. His career began in IT and later expanded into web development, eCommerce and digital consulting, where he managed more than €10 million in advertising spend. His work has received multiple industry nominations, including a 2019 Independent Retailers Award. Since joining Practical CSM in 2019, Marek has helped grow the business into an international Customer Success training provider supporting more than 150,000 learners and teams worldwide.
