Ballet4Life was founded with passion and determination in 2004; pioneering the way for professional<br />
adult dance programmes in the UK. We continue to deliver high quality dance, movement, and<br />
fitness classes for adults. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, we transferred our entire programme<br />
online to ensure a wellness lifeline was readily available for all. Recently, we also launched our<br />
on-demand class programme, to better suit the clients’ needs. Dance-based Charity Move into<br />
Wellbeing® is overseen by Ballet4Life. Ballet4Life is thrilled to receive this award and we hope to<br />
welcome many more people to explore dance for wellbeing, self-care, and fitness. </p>
