Classes use classic disco, soul and funk, with simple sequences that can be adapted to suit different levels. Founder Rich Ventham started Groove after leaving a long corporate career, combining his love of dancing with a friendly, non-competitive approach. No dance experience is needed, and the first class is free with no advance booking.</p>
