About Groove Fitness
Groove Fitness is a Leuven-based dance fitness organisation created for adults who want to move to great music without pressure. Classes use classic disco, soul and funk, with simple sequences that can be adapted to suit different levels. Founder Rich Ventham started Groove after leaving a long corporate career, combining his love of dancing with a friendly, non-competitive approach. No dance experience is needed, and the first class is free with no advance booking.
