EU Business News are delighted to announce the return of the Benelux Business Awards in 2022. Since the inception of the Benelux Business Awards in 2018, they have been used not only to recognise, but also celebrate the companies and individuals who have worked tirelessly to make the Benelux region the powerhouse it is within the European and global business market.
The Benelux Business Awards 2022 welcomes and accepts nominations from all businesses who are based in or operating within Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg regardless of the company’s size, the age of the business or the company’s annual turnover. This means the Benelux Business Awards 2022 will have a wide variety of candidates from several different industries and regions, and that those who go on to be successful can really count themselves as the best in their field.
To determine our winners in the Benelux Business Awards 2022, our in-house research team carefully examine the information that is available online and in the public domain. Additionally, nominees are provided the opportunity to put together a short case file disclosing details of their chosen business sector and practice, as well as any previous accolades awarded, which will also be used when considering winners in the Benelux Business Awards 2022. Case files, product samples and media packs are all accepted but are not mandatory to be included. Our awards are based on merit and not the number of votes received; this process works to ensure that we reward parties based on their excellence in the industry, the quality of their products and their dedication to service, rather than size of the company and their popularity.
There are no obligatory costs involved if you are nominated within the Benelux Business Awards 2022, or if you go on to win. We are proudly not a pay-to-play organisation, and we offer free of charge items alongside optional celebratory packages for our awardees to select. Winning an award in the Benelux Business Awards 2022 will provide you with the evidence to prove that you are the best of the best in what you and your company do and that you are a business leader in a region that serves as a powerhouse in the world’s economy.

Gabby is a dynamic and highly driven individual with a keen focus on customer care and customer service. Before joining AI Global Media, the digital media group behind EU Business News, Gabby worked in key account management roles working closely with clients to ensure a quality service. Winners of EU Business News Awards are in great hands having Gabby, who will work tirelessly to ensure that each award nominee and winner is supported throughout the process and that winners are able to gain some great publicity for their win.
The EU Business News team work hard in identifying great businesses, driving many of the nominations themselves. We also encourage external nominations from the subscribers of the magazine, online visitors, social media followers, clients and wider circulation. Nominating parties are invited to put forward either their own business or third-party companies whom they hold in high regard.
All nominees are formally requested to accept their nomination. Should any firm or individual decline at this point, they are simply taken out of the running. Those who formally accept are given the opportunity to submit additional supporting information to cement their nomination. Although there is no obligation to complete and supply material, we have found that many nominees value this stage, in the process, as much as our research team do.
Our dedicated research team will assess all information presented to them. The team gather information independently from a variety of publicly accessible sources, which are assessed alongside any material supplied by a nominating party or the nominee themselves. The research team casts their final judgment, based on various criteria such as: business performance, longevity, business growth (either sustained or rapid), any significant innovations or feedback from stakeholders.
Once winners are selected, they are personally notified before any public announcement is made, allowing time for any communications throughout the wider business and the coordination of marketing strategies. Unfortunately, not everyone can be a winner; however, all who take part are encouraged to come back next year. Once the press embargo is lifted, details of our award winners will be made public via the website, award winners’ magazine and subscriber newsletter.
We are prepared to offer a range of promotional packages and items to winners of a EU Business News award, which vary from inclusion in the free-of-charge winners’ directory, to trophies, content in our magazine and on our website.
We encourage all winners to publicly announce their win independently in order to gain maximum exposure for their win. Announcements via company websites, social media, via publicly released press releases, and through local and national press are all great ways of maximising the exposure which can be gained from such a great achievement.
