<p>The Sparrow Sanctuary Foundation is a nonprofit field organization that has been designated as a public benefit institution. It consists of volunteers who protect the House Sparrow, an Endangered Bird Species in the Netherlands. They&#8217;re setting up a nationwide network of cooperating house sparrow habitats. They provide emergency care, rescue entire colonies, increase biodiversity, maintain welfare, conduct research, influence society, city councils, and government. They halt habitat destruction.</p>
