Brain Injury Rehabilitation Charity of the Year – Hampshire
<p>Headway Portsmouth and South East Hampshire works with people in<br />
the community who have experienced Brain Injury, their families and<br />
Carers, to bring cognitive benefit for memory, communication,<br />
organisation, executive function and relationships through Cognitive<br />
Re-enablement and Confidence Building courses, one to one assessment,<br />
signposting and support. We run social inclusion sessions supported by<br />
volunteers and peer mentors locally where people can begin to take their<br />
place in community activities and make friends. </p>
