Irish Enterprise Awards 2020

InTouch magazine is the INTO popular member magazine read by all primary school teachers in Ireland. The INTO represents 40,700 primary school teachers and 7,100 primary and secondary teachers in Northern Ireland. The trade union, founded in 1868, is the largest representing teachers in Ireland. An established voice in the education sector, it is the most trusted information source for our members. InTouch magazine issues up to nine times a year digitally and in print format, and is the only title to target primary teachers. In 2018 the union appointed David Geary as Head of Communications and Editor of the magazine. Alongside the Deputy Editor, Sine Friel, they set about breathing new life into the periodical, modernising the look and feel of the magazine, cultivating engaging thought leaders and leading experts, developing new content and reaching wider audiences with a voice that resonates across the country.
