Hello there! My name is Karina and I am addicted to tasty, classic, allergy friendly food. No dairy, no gluten, no soy, no eggs, no nuts recipes.
I love food and I am always experimenting with texture and best flavor for everything, that I make.
I have made 12 books. The most recent Danish cook book is a cake and dessert cake cookbook, filled with beautiful photos, easy read through recipes and illustrations.
All books are my own work. I designed them in Indesign and took the photos myself.
