For over 30 years, the Washington Ireland Program has developed emerging leaders in Northern Ireland and Ireland through immersive leadership programs. Our year-long Emerging Leaders Program includes personal development, policy debate, community service, and an eight-week US work placement. The WIP Academy supports young community leaders through tailored work projects, mentoring, and skills workshops. Our mission is to equip diverse voices to build a shared, peaceful, and prosperous future.
