About CRDL (Cradle)

CRDL (Cradle) is an interactive healthcare instrument that enables a new form of non-verbal communication through translating physical touch between people into sound. It’s made of high-quality wood and combines a playful, organic design with hidden electronics and intelligent software. The CRDL helps to break the barrier of social isolation and makes an important contribution to achieving equal level person-to-person interaction for people who normally experience difficulties in communication or social engagement, such as people suffering from dementia, autism, mental disabilities or visual impairment. This form of communication between family members, carers and clients adds significant value in wellbeing to all those involved.
